About Wayne Gono:

As a passionate ambassador for Christ, Wayne enjoys bringing the light of the Gospel into the secular business world. Wayne is married to his high school sweetheart, Patsy. Together, they serve as the second-generation family owners and operators of Regal Plastics, a plastic distributorship. In addition to the two locations in the DFW area, they have also expanded into San Antonio, Austin, Houston, OKC, and Miami, Florida. Two more locations will be added in 2022.

Wayne and Patsy’s greatest joys are their two children, three grandchildren and one more on the way. About five years ago, Chad and Amy decided to join Patsy and Wayne in the family business. They are propelling the family’s business into the future as third-generation leaders.

Wayne has spent his entire life in the Dallas area. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the International Association of Plastics Distributors (IAPD) and serves as Chairman of an International Evangelical Ministry called Time to Revive (2009 - present). He has also served on the Texas State Board for the Fellowship of Christian Athletes and on the board of Elders at Dallas Bible Church. Wayne spent ten years teaching Dale Carnegie Sales and Human Relations courses, as well as Adult Bible Study classes.

Since leadership in the family business has passed hands, Wayne now spends most of his time helping develop young business leaders.
